Parents Talking
Circle in Pauquachin

Time: 10:00 am

Place: Headstart Room

Date: Friday May 25th

And every 2nd Friday after that

What is a talking circle?

-         confidential and safe place to talk about being parent, learn new skills, teach what you know about parenting

-         have fun with other parents learning, making new friends

-         some times we’ll have crafts, activities, specific topics, etc.

Join us for some fun and friendship

Facilitating the circle will be Michelle Anderson and Camille Henry

NOBODY'S PERFECT is a series of six – once a week group sessions.  It is an education and support program for parents of children from birth to age five.  The program is built around colourful, easy-to-read books which are given to the parents free of charge.  During the meetings, trained facilitators support participants as they work together to discover positive ways of parenting.

Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

Lunch and Childminding provided

A waitlist is being taken for any parents that have children under the age of six and would like to participate in our Nobody’s Perfect Program.

Niltuo Child & Family Services Society are

hosting  Floor Hockey once again, please come out & play!

PLACE:  SAANICH INDIAN SCHOOL BOARD’S TRIBAL SCHOOL GYM

Monday’s 3:00 – 4:30pm

                                     

Please bring your own WATER & must have own transportation

 WAIVER:  The Floor Hockey facilitators/Niltuo Child & Family Services/Tribal School are not liable for any injuries during any participation of the event either and/or during the event.

We will provide equipment (hockey sticks, balls, & goalie gear).
